Executive Summary Iwire Community Association of North America is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to serving naturalized former refugees and immigrant families in North America. As a community association, our primary strategic goal is to establish a Community Resource and Empowerment Center that provides: • Youth mentoring and leadership development • Women's counseling and family support services • Community education and workforce development • Cultural preservation and integration programs • Mental health and trauma-informed support • Small business and entrepreneurship assistance • Community gathering and event space. This proposed Community House will serve as a central hub for local outreach, where former refugees and immigrant families can access vital services, build social capital, and strengthen economic self-sufficiency. Additionally, we offer various volunteer opportunities to engage the community in our mission. The organization is recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity focused on immigrant services.
To create a thriving, self-sufficient, and united refugee and immigrant community association where families, women, and youth have access to local outreach, resources, support, and volunteer opportunities needed to achieve economic independence, social integration, and long-term success.
To empower former refugees and immigrant families through education, mentorship, counseling, and economic opportunities, our community association focuses on local outreach and providing volunteer opportunities.
